System requirements (you must own one of these official 1982-1985 Coleco products in order to use this OPCODE Super Game Module): Compatible with North America NTSC ColecoVision, PAL ColecoVision videogame system, and the French CBS Scart ColecoVision. Well also work with the ADAM computer system (standalone ADAM is NTSC). This fourth generation OPCODE Super Game Module was released on the market in April of 2018: (Better quality audio when compared to the original 1983 Coleco Supergame module prototype that was never released. Also extremely reliable with no moveable parts). RAM: Expands the ColecoVision RAM memory to 32KB. ADAM computer owners already have enough RAM memory on board, the additional RAM is only needed for ColecoVision owners. AUDIO: Doubles the ColecoVision/ADAM sound capabilities with four additional sound channels. This is why both ColecoVision and ADAM owners need the Super Game Module, current and future Supergames will be designed with improved sound quality. Power LED: The Super Game Module was designed to be plugged into ones ColecoVision or ADAM computer 100% of the time. The power LED light is a nice feature that lets people know when their ColecoVision/ADAM is turned on or off. Each of the four major core components of the Ultimate SD Wafer Drive design can be upgraded instantly by just placing new firmware files on the SD card and turning on the ColecoVision or ADAM!. Firmware updates will be offered for free on the ATARIMAX website. Current firmware Supports MMC, SD, and SDHC wafer cards. Both the FAT and FAT32 Filesystem is supported (full long filename support also).Requires NO PC software: Compatible with any Device/OS that can read/write a standard FAT/FAT32 formatted SD and SDHC memory cards. Support for all currently used ColecoVision bank switching methods, including "Mega-Cart" (up to 512KB) and Lord of the Dungeon NVRAM.
