**Q: does this stay in place or do you have to keep pulling it up and down all the time**
A: It did not stay in place.  The top rolled down and the bottom rolled up.  It has "bones" in the sides making it uncomfortable.  I was not aware it had boning.  I would not have purchased if I knew that.

**Q: I can wear both the small and medium flexees wyob tank, but the small gives me a better shape.  does this fit similarly? or should i get medium?**
A: I am not sure, because this is very tight on me. I wear a 2x.

I have diastasis from 2 pregnancies and although I have lost all the weight, my stomach still looks 4 mo preg, which I hate. It does what it suppose to do and give you a smoother outline with less bumps and lumps . It's not too binding and is a pull up and pull down torso girdle. It takes a little strength to pull it up but do-able. I am 5 feel tall and 32 inch waist and I'm glad I used the fitting chart . I ordered XL and it fits perfect. Ladies please use the fitting chart.
