For future buyers: the mouths of these containers are slightly smaller in diameter than the boxes of candy sold at Walmart for a dollar. I'd planned to put a box in each one, but they wouldn't fit. The kids didn't seem to mind -they loved these little paint cans. The see-through plastic is relatively easy to dent if kids are wreck less, but otherwise they work just fine!
