**Q: What us this used for? I wish Boiron would include this in the description for all their products!**
A: They do not really include  “this is for such and such illness/symptoms” because it is a remedy. You base remedies on ALL your symptoms combined. You might have a runny nose (as it says on this bottle) but there are many remedies for runny noses so you have to include all your symptoms. Hope that helps.

**Q: So this is just table salt? How is this different than just eating some grains out of my salt shaker?**
A: You should look up homeopathy and the process of making it. Calling this table salt is like calling a vaccine by the disease it prevents.I have used this remedy and it was very beneficial. I will use it many more times in the future as needed.

**Q: do you swallow these or let them dissolve?**
A: pellets should be dissolved in the mouth, do not swallow

**Q: Does 3 pellets contain 30c strength?**
A: The directions say 5 pellets, but yes, that shld be 30c as advertised.
