The trimmer I put it on would not rev up. After getting this installed it was running great. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ probably good carbS BUT *by J***C on Reviewed in the United States on December 16, 2020* I got my new carb and had it installed in just a few minutes. it was running after a couple pulls. it sat and idled perfect. I left it to warm up and came back about 5 minutes later and it had died. One pull and it was running again. When running at high speed it was over reving. I got out my trusty driver and it wouldn't fit. wrong format. I started it up a few more times and was careful to not run too fast and did a little cutting. it seemed ok but then cut off again. I took it back to the bench and double check that there were no issues. Start it back by pushing the primer and it would run a minute then die. wouldn't start without priming first then die quickly.I sent an email to the vendor and explained. They said sorry about that I will give you either $8 or send you a replacement for free. it will take about a month to get the replacement. Note that I have bought several carbs from this company and never had an issue until now. I thought about it over night and decided to try to get a replacement through Amazon. They gave me an option to get a full refund or a replacement carb. I only needed to send the other one back. I needed the carb so took the replacement. they sent a free return label. The replacement showed up in a couple days. Installed it and worked ok Still had the funky adjustment screws but I had ordered a set that had the correct one. I adjusted the high speed screw and it runs pretty well. I couldn't get it perfect. I think that the engine is pretty worn out so may not get it right ever. it is good enough to last for a while longer though.My take on the situation is the vendor has always given me good products so I never saw this side of them. Amazon on the other hand stepped up and took care of me. With all the vendors selling these carbs, I think I will look at different ones for now. I did think it odd though that they had me send a carb back that actually has gasoline in it. It had been running before. I got as much out my using the primer as I could but there was still a small amount in it. I wrapped it up well. watching the tracking and will be happy when it is safely delivered. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product but would be better with adjusting tool *by N***Y on Reviewed in the United States on August 26, 2020* I liked everything about except there’s no tool to fine tune it. I have apparently every adjustment tool but not this one. Runs good out of the box but I know it could be tweaked. Also see a lot of guys struggling with the new fuel lines installation into the tank. A little tip that you might find helpful is to cut the end of the line your installing in a long vertical cut the slip the pointed side through and retrieve with needle nose pliers on the inside of tank , pull it through then make your final cut for filter install.
