This is real gem. The real reason behind every physical pain is your mind. The book makes you aware about your conditioned mindset and thus leading to pain free living. Have read half of it and I am already feeling confident. PS. I got diagnosed with herniated disk last year and since then taking NSAIDs but no permanent relief.

I got this book after watching a YouTube video, I thought let's give a try. I have back pain but hey it's something which comes only when I am stressed. That helped me focus on real issue that is wstress rather than my back. More of a mental issue than physical one. Everyone should have this book.
