When you soak the seeds in water, they don't all get pulpy/mushy even after you leave it there for a long time. I know this because I've tried other brands and they soak up quite well. And the taste is not good either. It tastes as if some chalk or saw dust is mixed with the seeds.Maybe I could give it a three star rating because it's not terrible.
