Mainly takes away the pain of making the perfect tahina from scratch every time I make hummus or Baba ganoush. Made my first batch of hummus and it turned out to be good. Added 3 tsps tahina, 1tsp lemon juice, half a tsp sea salt, blitz it, add the boiled chick peas, add (olive oil+water) as you blend through. Gives a perfect hummus. Drizzled with olive oil and some paprika and cumin powder.
