A: Yes, you chew them and  they dissolve in your mouth. The dosage goes by your weight.

A: The active ingredient  ( Pyrantel Pamoate ) is not strong enough for Hookworms. You need to have a prescription for a dewormer that contains Albendazole or Mebendazole.
