It was not fast charging just normal charging as i checked in Samsung m31. I purchased because 5v adapter i need to charge my headphones and earbuds charging case. All charging case and headphones need to have below 5v adapter 2.1A. When i checked with Samsung charger fast charging option was showing and old xa1 ultra charger also i used to connect my m31 Samsung phone it shows clearly fast charging. When i used this charger for m31 and old xa1 ultra sony it shows clearly charging( not fast). So it is perfect for headphones and wireless case. Wire was too long it is useful for me because i use to connect with power bank. Adapter was good, manufacture of year 5/2019, made in china. Wire was made in Belgium very strong and fat. Sony Europe limited u can check picture.
