Easy plug in and go set up. So far it seems really sturdy. Compact design means it fits easily under my desk however I wish it was just a little longer for the length of my stride. Easy to use, just press the play button which builds it up to 3km/h then increase or decrease from there. Quiet in that it can't be heard in the rest of the house but I have had to use headphones whilst listening to something whilst using it.
