It seems the factory and shipper are just short of being on the ball. When the package arrived, it had been tampered with and/or repacked. I assembled the heater and noticed that 2 bolts were splasing around the packaging. I could not find the 2 nuts for the bolts. Oh my! Missing my nuts right out of the bag. I have a well stocked shop and finding replacement nuts and bolts were not a problem for me.After assembly and start up, there were no other problems. I did have to position the elements to the side of my tank as there is a folded piece of metal on the valve protector assembly of the tank that would no accept the elements as pictured.The unit has been working just perfectly since. Buy it and use it, but be prepared to improvise. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Century makes a great product.... packing/shipping not so good. *by C***R on Reviewed in the United States on June 13, 2011* Overall very happy with the product. However, upon opening the box I found that the product was damanged either in packing from manufacturer or shipping. The lines that feed the burners were kinked/bent. These are rubber supply lines so should work but could restrict gas supply. In addition, I found that both protective grates on front were so badly bent they would not attach or stay on the burners. Lastly, I found I had to straighten one of the burners on the T-Mount as it was tweaked a bit. Again Century makes great products, just wished it arrived in better condition. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great heater...painful to light unless you have thick gloves on *by S***L on Reviewed in the United States on October 16, 2014* Great product. I bought the Century 28,000 BTU Double Head Heater over other brands/models because of the ignition button shown in the picture to be a larger diameter black button. The one I received is not as shown in the picture. It has the small diameter red push pin ignition ...like my old heater. It is painful to hold the pin in during the ignition process which takes around 30 seconds.
