Its easy to setup, and the picture looks great. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ good product *by N***L on 25 April 2026* seems good and quality product ### ⭐⭐ Good screen, terrible software and interface *by A***3 on 9 July 2026* The screen itself is nice, as is the frame. But the software sucks. It won't let you play both short videos and pictures. You have to choose. It has onboard memory but it's a massive pain in the ass to use, since the app and email only let you transfer ten pics at a time. If you plug in an SD card, there is no way to just copy the entire contents to the frame. I got this one specifically because our old ones were very user unfriendly and were just cheap ones, and I assumed a name brand like Kodak would be better, but no. We returned the two we had and are just using our old cheap ones again.
