Review: Great flour - Barley flour is not in stock in any of our grocery stores. Because it is called for in many WFPBNO recipes I ordered this on line. It works perfectly in the recipes I’ve baked so far. I like the fact that it’s organic and sprouted. This flour bakes quickly ( I tried to substitute other available flours with poor results), has a light texture, is easy to handle and has a great taste. I’ll certainly reorder from this company.
