Bought 10mm drill bit to drill into the tiles - although I had to ream the hole a little bit to get these to fit in perfectly. If you try to push these in when the hole it too tight, then they'll start to deploy and most likely you'll ruin the little metal circlip that surrounds the shaft of the bolt. So, make sure that you don't force the bolt in - it should have be pushed in without any force. I'd buy these again if I had a similar application.
