Better storage method is wash the leaves in running water and shadow dry the leaves without direct sunlight and keep it an open bowl or plate. Preparation Method - 5 leaves to be cut into small pieces and take 500ml (two and half Tea cup) of water and boil it with leaves. Water level should be reduced to 200ml (One Tea cup). Filter that leaves and want to be drink in empty stomach in the morning. Prepare another 200ml cup of leaves tea in the evening and drink. Use Silver/ steel pot to boil the leaves, other than aluminium pots. Do not add milk or sugar in the tea.
