It’s very flattering. The sleeves are a little short for me (like an inch from going all the way to my wrists), but I just pull them up slightly to make them look more like 3/4. The length of the under shirt is great, and the top piece covers everything it should (even while I’m way bigger on top than normal). For reference, I ordered a medium and I’m 5’5”, 165lbs (post baby, usually 145lbs) and 36E while nursing. I have another top from this company that I’ve worn weekly for several months and it’s held up great. No pilling or tears. This is a full-sleeve length. and I love that it covers well past my bottom as I am well-endowed in that department.I would order more in different colors because it is very versatile that it would be perfect even for non-nursers.I included several photos for reference. I would hang this top right away after drying as the bottom fabric has the tendency to be wrinkly.
