Good quality as far as the challenges it offers, but poor durability. Also not very easy to clean as it is not smooth but textured. Don't know if their quality is any better, but this one is just perfect. Bought it to use with a family member currently receiving home physical therapy. Once it ends, then we have our own pad to continue the balance activities which has really helped with her walking and being more steady on her feet without a walker. It is every bit as good as the expensive one the physical therapist uses. He recently bought a walk in tub with water jets, air jets and a door that opens out... because he has no strength in his right arm and leg we had to find a way to get him in and out.... this cushion helps in many ways... He can sit on it in the tub so he doesn't slide ... We use it to add height to the transfer chair that we use along with a transfer slide board... It is complicated but these are firm and help us get him in and out of the tub...
