Now I have tried 2 variants of the true elements muesli. "Fruit and nut" & "No added sugar" which is this one. I'm actually dieting so I got the no added sugar variant. But to my surprise if you check the nutritional information then this one has more sugar than the fruit and nut variant. I don't know why because this doesn't even taste sweet and there are no natural sweeteners added to it like honey or maple syrup. The fruit n nut has raw honey added to it and I like it a lot as you can see in the last picture that I uploaded (it's over 😋) Okay just leave aside the sugar part cause any ways it's all natural sugar and too less to be judged. Taking about the taste, it has a very nutty taste for all the flax seeds, pumpkin seeds. The dried figs, cane sorghum and pineapples are adequate and give a burst of sweetness in your mouth which is awesome 🥰 The ingredients are really really good. It keeps you filled for a good amount of time. And I love it.Overall if I had to choose between both of the variants I would choose both. Although fruit n nut has more flavor and tastes sweeter...
