I installed two of them in a refrigerator and will use the others elsewhere. The light quality in the fridge is good to my eye. It is a bit cooler shade (higher color temp) than the incandescent bulbs I replaced, but I think it works well. I can't, of course speak to longevity yet. The incandescent bulb that burned out (one of the two original bulbs ad burned out) was about 10 years old, so hopefully these will last until the fridge itself needs to be replaced. While doing the changeout I noticed that the original incandescent build did get pretty hot, so while the total additional heat load may be small, there should be some energy efficiency improvement from the heat load, in addition to the lower current draw from the bulbs. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy/inexpensive refrigerator upgrade *by R***K on March 11, 2017* I used these to "upgrade" my 10-year-old fridge to have the cooler, bluer LEDs. I needed 3, and they swapped right out in under 5 minutes. They work flawlessly. The beauty of these (besides having a more modern feel with the bluer tint) is that if you leave the fridge door cracked (hello, French doors!) the LEDs aren't going to heat the thermometer up nearly as badly as the incandescents did.If I could have them do anything extra, it would be the fade on/off that the fridges and some newer LEDs do. But for the price, I am absolutely, 100% happy/ecstatic. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exactly what I needed *by K***N on January 18, 2017* This review is for the LOHAS A15 5w LED appliance bulb with a standard E27 socketThey're exactly as bright as they need to be with a clean white (not bluish) light. They seem much brighter than the yellower/warmer incandescent bulbs that came with the fridge (one set is still working). I've been looking at A15 LED bulbs for years now, and these hit the mark on cost per bulb, and the reviews were mostly positive, just when I was asked to replace the two burnt out bulbs.
