Also it takes longer than the packet tells you . I have been leaving mine 45 - 50 mins. My bread machine attempts were disappointing. I have got rid of machine and am only using conventional oven **Q: My breadmaker doesn't have a gluten free setting, how long should I set it for?** A: I use the normal loaf setting but put in for the darkest crust setting. It still comes out a light colour though. I find the taste is better the longer I leave it. I prefer to leave it a day and find it makes lovely toast **Q: Do you have to use a bread machine? Will it cook in oven ?** A: No bread maker needed. This is an easy mix (add 3tbsp oil and 430ml tepid water).
