It says the only extra costs you should have to pay outside of the 60 something you pay on here is if you want extra add ons. After I registered it the website told me I owed zero. Mailed it out and tracked it they received it pretty quickly but after a few days we started getting emails saying the results were ready but we needed to call them to make the payment we still owed. Which confused me since it said we didn't owe anything so I tried to call the number during their business hours and at first I had a 15 minute wait time but the longer I was on hold the longer the wait time started getting, it was telling me my time was 20 minutes for over 30. So eventually I hung up because no one was answering I tried to login to the website to find some way to contact anyone but there was nothing there either. you could submit a ticket and get an response back supposedly but no one was responding to that either.
