I needed a short torso, I was very happy with the other two brands, however they did not have the short torso. It fits very well and is comfortable. The most important thing is to purchase the correct size, do not purchase one too small nor too large. This trainer has better ventilation than the other two brands I purchased. The trainer is of very good quality and it provides the smooth look I want with certain garments. Thing is it didn't look natural. It looked like my boobs and stomach were one it looked very odd. You could tell I was wearing something underneath. I was surprised by these problems considering I have only worn this while I was standing and I actually think I got a size too big. When I first got it I was seriously considering buying the same waist trainer in a xxs but now I'm not so sure.
