The installation was easy and only took around 10 minute to remove old and fit new MICOE tap. Unfortunately when I opened the box I notice that one of the tap hose connections was kinked I still started to change and when ready to try there was no hot water from the tap and on inspection the kink was bad enough to stop the flow of water. To get over this I placed a splint over the kink to try and straighten out which resulted in water flow but still not a very good flow.You are also instructed to remove the filter by unscrewing it and run the tap for 5 minutes then replace, I found this difficult and as yet still haven’t been able to unscrew but as this isn’t a new installation but a replacement I don’t think this was a big issue but maybe in the future.On the back of the instruction manual MICOE ask to contact them to resolve any problem which I did I was hoping for a reply prior to my Amazon comment but as yet I have had no response.It make me wonder why companies ask for your comments good or bad and when they don’t have the decency to reply. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Buttery smooth! *by K***T on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 July 2019* Really pleased with this tap, our old one was 25 years old so needed replacing.Didn't know the manufacturer name but took a gamble and pleased I did. Obviously I can't say about the longevity of the tap but it's aesthetically pleasing, has smooth operation and looks like a more expensive tap than it is.The plumber didn't have any problems fitting it and it came with all relevant fittings. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Remove nozzle?? *by M***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 September 2019* Not actually fitted it yet but tried removing the filter/spray nozzle as stated in the instructions and cannot move it with grips.
