This form of magnesium is easy on the digestive system. I am on a ketogenic diet and sometimes get cramps at night. Magnesium is known to help with cramps.I take two capsules at bedtime and I am able to sleep through the night without cramps. This large bottle of 240 capsules gives me 3 months supply.
