The adjustable slide holds pretty well, and I only very occasionally need to tighten it up. The engraved medical info is easy to read and shows no wear after a few months of continuous wear. The outer side is a little bit scuffed up and some of the coloring on the engraved emblem is coming off, but I don't think that can be avoided with reasonably-priced bracelets.
