They even offered to exchange the product at their own cost. Since I had already started to consume the product and there there was no difference in quality from the previous supplies, I did not respond. However, two days back the seller had sent me a pack of the product. It was good of the seller to do so, and I am happy and appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction.
