German make that is very difficult to contact for help or support, and when you do get a reply is just given, platitudes not answering the question. I am feeling that this company is just box shifting with no idea of customer support. ### ⭐ Ungenau und schwitzempfindlich *by R***R on Reviewed in Germany on 11 July 2018* Dem Gedanken unterlegen, nur ein Gurt vom Hersteller des Ergometers kann richtig sein, kaufte ich mir den doch recht teuren Pulsgurt.Die Verbindung klappte schnell, der Gurt zeigte Werte an. Ok. Ich muss sagen, ich nutze das Ergometer nach einem Infarkt, die genaue Messung des Pulses ist da existenziell.Ich radelte also erst mal sanft "durch die Gegend" ohne wirkliche körperliche Anspannung und ohne zu schwitzen. Natürlich glaubt man erst einmal was man sieht. Als ich mal meinen Gurt meiner Pulsuhr umhatte und das Ergometer fertig machte (Werte einstellte), merkte ich, das der Gurt ganz andere Werte anzeigte als der Sportstech Gurt. Also testete ich das ganze mal mit der gleichen Leistung. Die Abweichung des Sportstech Gurt betrug zum Polar Gurt und zum geeichtem Blutdruckmessgerät erhebliche 10 Schläge pro Minute.Ok, dachte ich mir, ich weiss es ja nun, zählen wir die einfach obendrauf.Es kam die Zeit, da muss man seinen Trainingsplan nach der Reha etwas fordernder gestalten. Man schwitzt also auch mal auf dem Rad.Das sollte man aber nicht tun, denn sobald man schwitzt, funktioniert der Gurt nicht mehr. Scheinbar gibt es Probleme mit dem Salz im Schweiß.Da ich aber nunmal bei einem kardiologischem Training ordentlich und lange schwitze (Fahrten um die 30 Minuten bei 60 U/min) fängt der Gurt an ständig die Verbindung zu verlieren. Genau dann wenn man den Gurt benötigt, denn mein Trainungspuls liegt bei 115 Schlägen / Minute und mein maximaler Puls bei nur 125 Schlägen.Der Grad ist also schmal. Wie gesagt stieg der Gurt genau dann aus, wenn man ihn am wichtigsten benötigt, genau dann wenns es richtig zur Sache geht.Ich werde den Gurt zurücksenden und hoffe, das hier echt mal nachgebessert wird. Für alle anderen mit Sportstech Geräten. Kauft euch einen vernünftigen Gurt. Alle uncodierten Gurte funktionieren an den Sportstech Geräten. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pulsgurt Sportech *by K***. on Reviewed in Germany on 20 July 2018* Leider die Ware nicht Ok für mich! Das gerät macht nicht das was es soll, ich für mich bin sehr enttäuscht. Warum? Ich habe den Pulsmesser mit einem Profigerät wo auch Herzpatienten damit den Puls Messe verglichen ( da ich auch einer bin davon), und die Werte stimmen Leider nicht. Ich bin auch zu der Erkenntnis gekommen wenn man sehr schwitz das die Daten nicht mehr stimmen. Ich für mich kann es nicht weiter empfehlen. Ich kann mich aber bei Sportech nur bedanken, da mir sofort das Geld Retour geschickt worden ist.
