For women suffering from PPD, I think it probably is better to try psychotropic meds instead of going the natural route like I did since I could have avoided a lot of unnecessary anxiety/depression. It has to be used in conjuction with all 4 of these supplements to work properly. I also reccomend taking high dose ZMA and magnesium from natural calm as well and CBD gummies to complete the stack. It's overkill but it works and I am getting the best sleep I have since being 12. No anxiety anymore, but you do have to do the leg work when awake to confront whatever issues you have. Anxiety is all in the mind, once you let go it will let go.
