Nicely made---and just gorgeous. Material is soft and feels comfortable against the skin.. That being said------This is NOT a jacket that one could EVER call a raincoat. I seriously doubt if there was real rain, that this jacket would be of any use. It is very short, and barely covers anything. However, being such a stunning piece, this would make a lovely and interesting addition to any wardrobe. It is light enough to wear ontop of a tank top, or a long sleeve shirt---and add pzazz to an outfit. All in all---I am happy with my purchase, and will wear this lovely piece with joy. I love the small pouch that it fits in. I plan on keeping it in my car for the Carolina Pop Up Showers we get in the summer. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the magnets to hold the sleeves. I wish they were stronger, you move slightly and the magnets come apart and the sleeves are gone. If you just want the total cape effect, then you are good to go. But when I am driving with it on because it is raining outside, I want the sleeves, or trying to get things in and out of the trunk of my car. For the price of these, the magnets should be a better quality.
