It seemed heavy duty and was going to hold up nice. I liked the pockets and dividers.Dislikes:It didn’t take long (about 2 months). The zipper started to pull apart from each other with out unzipping.It doesn’t hold much weight. I used this for my laptop, notebook, pencil case, wallet, and a book. The straps started to pull away from the seam. The lining inside the bag has also developed holes. As a new college student using this for textbooks and notebooks I can say with certainty that this bag is not made for weight. This is not the backpack for a college student. It is very cute and fashionable. It would make a good sleepover bag or workout bag but when books were put inside it, it took one month for the seam to come apart and a hole to form in the bag.
