They are a slimmer fit so they don't chafe and they have an abundance of generous pockets. I was most impressed that the tool pouches stow inside their own pockets and they don't flap around when you don't need them. The side pockets are vast and easily accommodate Rags or Gloves. The knee-pad pouches are in the right position so no accidents kneeling on stones. Loads of accessory pockets so that you can carry you mobile and testers and the like. A good high waist for comfort. More impressive than the description would lead you to believe.
