It can be beneficial in reducing withdrawal symptoms from kratom but is not addictive in itself.

I've been experimenting with natural options to reduce my high intensity anxiety and found this. I'm so pleased it balances my mood by making me feel less agitated or overwhelmed feelings of negative out bursts. I work in retail and service a very large percentage of people daily and they can frankly get on my last nerve quickly lol. It's high enough dose that I take one every morning and it's fine for about the full work shift and if I feel edgy take one more before I leave to come home. It helps reduce those rush and hurry to get things done dinner etc., because I always feel like I'm running out of time to get things completed before bed time.
