I had higher hopes when I ordered these. Then they arrived and I was disappointed to see that they appeared to have cracks in them, on both sides of each plug. These turned out NOT to be cracks and were instead some sort of defect. I was under the impression that these were stone but they look more like poured resin or acrylic or something. I sent them back for an exchange hoping it was just a bad set I recieved. The replacement were a little better but they still had streaks in them... I love them so much, I had lost one of my old opal plugs and came across these new ones and I'm so glad I did not only are they cheap but are very good quality. My old ones are more thinner than these, these plugs are double flared and width is wider. Fit perfectly with no problems. I'm currently at 3/4th - 19mm and these plugs will help stretch my ears a bit due to the weight of them. Immediately I E-mailed SoScene about this, and they told me I could exchange them for the correct pair.. I sent them out to the address they had in their website and have not heard or received anything from them since..I'm devastated, they were gorgeous..Update: They finally sent me a new pair of the correct size recently, and I had to come back to update my review. I wasn't expecting to receive anything, and about a month I believe later the plugs came in.
