Finally, because of the show rack at the bottom, full length items (coats, longer dresses) don't hang well, but I managed that by moving my longer items to the outside hooks which are brilliant for the odd item! The rail is smooth, but I'm not moving things around too much and don't know if with metal hangers this mgiht wear over time. All in all I'd say this is worth the money if you are someone who likes to see their clothes or need a temporary storage solution!
