Bought this so my son could roam freely in our living room as we currently have laminate flooring which is not child friendly! I got the large size 200x280cm in beige and it is perfect for my living room. The colour is light and neutral and it fills the space great! It is really soft to touch and I am pleased with the thickness. I honestly think I could sleep on it if needed. The grip is great too, hasnt budged since putting it down. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone. It has the practicality of being safe for my son and looks smart enough you wouldn't know it wasn't just a rug! So impressed, just sad I didnt think of it earlier! Worth the money and for the size was the cheapest I could find but the quality is amazing! Review: Fabulous! - I had wanted this mat for my living room for over two years, but I kept buying trendy alternatives that just didn’t last or weren’t suitable for children. Now that I have a 3-year-old and a 1-year-old, I finally decided to buy it — and I’m honestly annoyed at myself for not getting it sooner! It looks and feels so luxurious. The memory foam and thickness make it incredibly comfortable and safe for little ones, while still looking beautiful in my living room. I’ve also had elderly family members visit recently, and after seeing and feeling it for themselves, they’ve gone home and bought the exact same one because of how comfortable, supportive, and easy to clean it is. I have uploaded a video of my nieces dancing and playing on it, so you can see the lovely padded foam. They absolutely LOVE it! Cleaning is so simple too. I just spray a stain remover on for a few minutes and wipe it away with a damp cloth. Because it’s low pile, food and crumbs don’t get trapped, which makes it perfect for children and snack times! Honestly, I could have saved myself hundreds of pounds if I had just bought this in the first place. ## Features - German Quality and Elegant Design: Meticulousness in details with elegant beige design, stylish ribbed piping, and silky velvet texture fill the space with light and visual softness. It is both a functional accessory and a full-fledged decor element. Cute and fluffy comfort, orthopedic support, and sound insulation in the increased comfort zone - Innovative Three-Layer Construction: The top velvet layer gives tactile pleasure, the core is a layer of high-density memory foam, and the non-slip base guarantees stability. The thick mat softly supports steps and effectively absorbs sounds - Generous Dimensions for Family Leisure: The impressive dimensions of 200x150x2.5cm transform the space, creating a safe, cozy area for active play in the living room or nursery. Space for crawling and baby's first steps, as well as a foundation for yoga classes, reading books, and meditation in absolute peace - Intelligent Memory Foam Technology: High-density foam adapts to body contours, providing orthopedic support. CloudSoft luxury foam creates the feeling of walking on clouds, with excellent cushioning that relieves stress from legs and joints - Certified Safety and Sterility: Certified according to the strict global OEKO-TEX 100 standard. The absence of BPA, phthalates, formamide, and other toxic substances confirms the complete purity of the composition. The hypoallergenic material is safe even for the sensitive skin of infants - Anti-Slip System for Reliable Fixation: The non-slip base made of special PVC material ensures grip with the surface, firmly fixing the mat on any type of flooring including laminate, tile, and parquet. Impact-resistant foam gives freedom of movement, preventing accidental falls and injuries - Waterproof Barrier Protection: The high level of water resistance serves as a reliable shield for the mat. Any liquid is not immediately absorbed inside, and the water-repellent coating keeps spilled liquid on the surface, allowing it to be removed instantly with a single wipe - Easy Care and Long-Lasting Durability: The low-pile weave type always looks neat as dust, pet hair, and small details do not accumulate. Quality polyester and highly elastic foam ensure wear resistance, and the stylish design maintains its pristine appearance after numerous cleaning cycles - Compact Storage and Shape Recovery: The compact folding method preserves the foam structure. The durable yet flexible construction will restore its flat, luxurious coating within 48 to 72 hours. Low pile design offers convenience and practicality with high-tech machine production ensuring lightness, mobility, and quality - Versatile Style and Durability: The beige shade complements various interior styles from Scandinavian loft to modern living rooms. Low pile and fluffy texture look expensive and modern, with high elasticity of polyurethane for intensive loads. It is light, washable, and incredibly durable ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0C9X7DSVS | | Back Material Type | Polyurethane | | Best Sellers Rank | 620 in Baby Products ( See Top 100 in Baby Products ) 1 in Nursery Rugs & Carpets | | Brand | Hakuna Matte | | Brand Name | Hakuna Matte | | Colour | Beige | | Construction Type | Multi-layer with memory foam and non-slip backing | | Country Of Origin | China | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 2,588 Reviews | | Indoor Outdoor Usage | Indoor | | Is Stain Resistant | No | | Item Dimensions L x W | 2L x 1.5W metres | | Item Shape | rectangular prism" or "square prism | | Item Thickness | 2 Centimetres | | Item Type Name | nursery rug | | Item Weight | 3.3 Kilograms | | Item weight | 3.3 Kilograms | | Manufacturer | Hakuna Matte | | Material | Polyester | | Material Type | Polyester | | Model Name | HP-CM-200-150-B | | Number of Pieces | 1 | | Other Special Features of the Product | Coral velvet, Non Slip, easy to pack and store, high-density foam, safe and non-toxic materials | | Pattern | Solid | | Pile Height | Low Pile | | Pile height | Low Pile | | Product Care Instructions | Hand wash maximum temperature 40°C. | | Room Type | Children's Room | | Rug Form Type | Area Rug | | Size | 150 x 200 cm (rectangular prism" or "square prism) | | Style Name | Beige | | Subject Character | Beige | | Theme | Subtle elegance with pastel colours | | UPC | 726667713830 | | Unit Count | 3.0 square meter | | Warranty Type | full warranty | | Water Resistance Level | Water Resistant | | Weave Type | Machine-Made | | Weave type | Machine-Made | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Hakuna Matte - **Item weight:** 3.3 Kilograms - **Material:** Polyester - **Size:** 150 x 200 cm (rectangular prism" or "square prism) - **Weave type:** Machine-Made ## Images ![Hakuna Matte Premium Soft Rug & Play Mat, Beige, 200x150x2.5cm - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71PEUhBrVzL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: What material is the mat made of?** A: Three layers: 100% polyester coral velvet top, polyurethane foam core, non-slip 75% polyester / 25% PVC backing. **Q: Is the mat safe for my baby?** A: Yes.
