I originally got them to stake down the bottom of bird netting that covers a fence made of cattle panels. They have been holding just fine, and no more chickens and rabbits get through. I’ve even caught a couple of snakes. Since that was so successful, I’ve used them to hold extension cords, that are on the ground, and a ground wire for an electric fence, that requires multiple ground rods.
