I wasn't sure if it was necessary to spend double the price for a heat sealer when comparing with everywhere else.Ultimately, I was not happy with my purchase when it arrived and should have sent it back. Overall poor quality. Heating element wore out after using it for only a month and I do not have a busy operation. I would seal maybe 200 products in a week using this sealer. I wish I spent more on a higher quality model with a cutting blade. Waiting to see if I can get a replacement or refund. I did like the fact that you don't have to wait for it to heat up before using.I had a hard time sealing gusseted cellophane bags, but it worked best with poly tubing and poly bags.Update: Company is great to work with. Placed my return/replacement request Thursday. Today is Monday and they have already shipped a replacement sealer without return of the broken one.
