I have to hold the lid on the food processor I currently have because the dates form a really strong ball. Thanks!!** A: Yes chops them perfectly! Make sure they’re are soft and if not then soak them in water for about 10-30 mins. If you want to be more careful then cut the dates in half before you put them in the processor. **Q: Does this come with multiple blades ? If so, can you tell me what type ie: shred, slice etc. Thankyou** A: This comes with two blades. One is a knife blade and the other is a disk blade that has grating holes and also a shredding side on the same disk.
