I’ve been using pure stevia for a long time so this is a bit different from what I was expecting: it’s a powder like icing sugar, not micro crystals like caster sugar or granulated sweeteners (like splenda) for example. I admittedly found it a bit difficult to use especially for sprinkling over food as it’s quite difficult to control the amount and how it’s being distributed. This is very very concentrated stuff so you really only need the tiniest amount (do not use a full scoop in your tea!!) Plus you end up inhaling the fine powder dust while tapping the scoop which is unpleasant. The taste is exactly as I expect stevia to taste though. I personally really enjoy the taste of stevia, it’s sweet and a little goes a long way. It only tastes bitter if you use too much. It’s a decent price and I can’t fault it on flavour. It's definitely got its uses (like adding it to pancake batter) but I wouldn't repurchase it for sprinkling over food unless they change it to a granulated form.
