I rec’d this book rather quickly, especially during the COVID-19 times. A disc was included and appreciative from the seller. I also went through the book and see their are a lot of exercises. Enough to plan a workout from and get some ideas on other options of workouts. It is an instruction book and meets the standard as such. I will order again from them. I gave 5 stars because I am pleased with the purchase.

### ⭐⭐⭐ I overall like this book

I overall like this book. The exercises are great. Nice cues. However, I was shocked by the poor editing of this book. Not all the photos seem to be correct and some the descriptions of exercises are odd. I don't quite think the book is worth the price.
