Medium is stronger than I was expecting but I've got used to them. The band is alright for strengthening but I noticed the grip isn’t great, or at least not as good as other bands I have had previously. Although it hasn’t ripped yet, I have only had the band for about a week and it looks like it may snap sometime in the near future.
