Especially when I go into distress. I have a “choice med” pulse ox and it was ok, however the reliability and accuracy of this new monitor is far above my other pulse ox. It’s been extremely reliable and accurate reguardless of my fingers are cold etc things that my other monitors would read an inaccurate result. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works as intended. *by S***N on September 20, 2018* This meter is all as described. My husband uses it to monitor his oxygen saturation at night . The alarm works fine and alerts us ( that's right US I hear it too ) when oxygen and or heart rate go way out of normal.
