Because of other reviewers who said it was gross I began using less than a full serving. But now I am up to two scoops and I am really able to push through my workouts. I usually try and get it all in 20-25 minutes before my workout. I'm so glad I tried it. Worked out great for me. The flavor definitely reminds me of the Country Time Lemonade I used to fear at family gatherings because people go crazy with extra scoops and sugar. Flavor is very reminiscent of that.
