**Q: Is there a change in the recipe (2021) that has made Amazon raise the price $3 ?**
A: I don't know if that was Amazon or Vega.  Price of every Vega product and ...everything else has been inflated everywhere.

**Q: Alot of the anti Inflamatory ingredients are no longer there. That was an important componant for long distant running. Will you consider changing it?**

This is a new product, new formula, new ingredient list, new taste and new texture. We built this product from scratch, based on previous consumer feedback, and changing sport nutrition research, with the goal of making this product simple and effective.  This is an energizer product, if you're looking for recovery ingredients, I'd recommend to take a look into our Vega Sport® Recovery.

**Q: I didn’t get a scoop. How many tablespoons/teaspoons are in 1 serving?**
A: Hi Kristen,

Just like socks in the dryer, sometimes things go missing. All joking aside, sometimes the scoop find its way to the bottom of the tub. We recommend giving your tub a little shake and it may make its way to the top again.

If it doesn’t appear or if you would prefer to use a spoon, move to plan B. The serving size of our products is measured in grams. Technically speaking, grams are a unit of measuring mass, commonly used in cooking to measure powders, whereas tablespoon is a measurement of volume, commonly used in cooking to measure liquids. That said, we'd be happy to provide you with an approximate tablespoon measurement based on the serving size, which would be about 2 tbsp.

Everyone hates on Vega for their new formula. Yes, I loved the old formula too. But I didn’t like how it didn’t dissolve very well and tasted grainy when mixed with water. The new formula is much thinner and dissolve more easily. I do with they could have kept many of the same ingredients in their new formula, and I hope they take their customers’ feedback into consideration. But if you’re looking for a preworkout energizer, Vega puts out an excellent product.
