I replaced my Weber Q200 single burner in 10 minutes....8 of which was wait time for the WD40 penetrating oil to loosen that single bolt that holds the burner and igniter! HINT: spray the WD 40, clean the grill with a scraper while you wait, spray again, a few sharp taps (not hard)...clean some more...then use your grill lighter stick to warm the bolt slightly and it is easier to remove because the aluminum expands more than the stainless bolt. Mine was the first time I replaced a burner and the grill is from 2013. Let the penetrating oil do the work for you. The burner fits easily and is so much better than the original because it has adequately sized hole and they go right up to the igniter. The igniter never worked on this grill and now I know it wasn't Florida dampness, it was inadequate gas supplied to the spark. This burner solved that and it fired right up (pretty surprising because the igniter is also a 2013 original part). Anyway, it's a gem of a replacement part, great design, perfect fit, invludes an extra bolt if needed and works like a charm. Replacex burner and cleaned grill, 8 minutes and cooked 8 porkchops and 4 chicken thighs- 20 minutes!
