Yesterday morning, it started malfunctioning. Because this is a time-sensitive item that I rely on every single day to feed my baby, I immediately contacted both Amazon and Papablic support.Amazon customer service told me to return it for a replacement. I promptly shipped it back the same day. Today, my replacement arrived, and I am absolutely disgusted and furious.Amazon sent me a used, damaged, and filthy warmer.It was not in its original packaging.It was covered in mysterious stains.The unit has visible cracks.It was just thrown into a plastic cover.Sending a dirty, cracked, used item for a newborn baby completely compromises their health and safety.
