If you're doing a survey, do yourself a favour and read this engaging little book. Annie Pettit is a leading Canadian survey methodologist, with awesome qualifications: she's got a PhD, and has been awarded the honour of Fellow of Canada's most prestigious market research and customer insight professional association, MRIA. More importantly for us, her readers: She's realistic, humorous, and has a lovely simple writing style. Not quite as detailed as I'd hoped, but more than enough to help with an academic project. A lot if it is rather obvious, but it does have a few nice insights that I'm likely to cite in the future.
