**Q: I don’t see a link to contact seller anywhere?. Had these only a few weeks and they broke already.**
A: Contact Amazon. Maxrock is not a real company, just someone in an apartment that registered a "brand name" and gets shipments from aliexpress.

**Q: Volume control?**
A: It's in your device, not in the earphones.

**Q: How long is the cord? Description says 4.7"!! Is that correct?**
A: No. They are 48 inches from ear buds to the tip of the plug. The actual cord length from where it splits to the ear buds to where it meets the plug is 32 inches.

**Q: How comfortable are these when laying on your side?**
A: Very comfortable.  I didn't think I'd be able to sleep with them in, but they don't bother me at all.  Even when nothing is playing I leave them in.

Absolute rubbish, avoid these, sound stopped coming out of one side after 3 months and very light usage. I was only given a 2 month window to return the item, not sure what happened to my one years UK warranty? If the seller offers me a full refund I will alter the review.
