**Q: would these work well as heat shield liners for nitrile gloves in BBQ?**
A: I use cut gloves constantly over an oven and grill top and I can say that it definitely blocks out some of the heat of the grill but it’s not it’s intended use so it may not be exactly what you’re looking for

**Q: Would these help when using a puck to sharpen hatchet or machete?.**
A: For sure they would help. I use them with razor sharp wood carving knives. You can work without fear of getting cut. My gloves have saved me a few times.

**Q: Will these gloves limit hand movement?**

**Q: Will these work well for cleaning and using meat slicer**
A: As long as the blade isn’t running I think they would be fine to use while cleaning a meat slicer .  I wear mine when I clean my mandolin slicer.
